Where are You Now?

Well, I've finally done it. Yep, I just recently joined the smartphone revolution. Yeah, I know what you're saying, it's about time I got in on that, since the modern smartphone era is now more than six years old. I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't a fad and was really going to stick around for the long run, yeah, that's my story...Anyway, I have been discovering this great all-in-one functionality that the smartphone offers, and I am wondering how I ever got anything accomplished without one of these devices. In addition to the standard phone conversation, I have the family calendars, contacts, email, instant messaging, social media, pictures, documents, and the Internet all in the palm of my hand. Of particular interest are the many available apps that will be of great assistance to me in planning, doing recon and carrying out a well executed hunt or fishing trip - Compass, Google Earth, Topo and Nautical charts, Solunar forecasts, NOAA Smart Buoys, Riverflows, and TidalFish to name a few. But there is one significant thing that most all of these apps require of me before they can be effectively utilized - activate my phone's global positioning system (GPS) and indicate my exact location.

Genesis 3:8-9 (NASB)
They heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. Then the Lord God called to the man, and said to him, “Where are you?”
